Provides the ability to interact with the loaded browser runtime HTML document.
Parameters
- params: { name: string; request: string }
  The named parameters
  - name: string
    
    The name of the element to perform the action.
  - request: string
    
    The request to carry out with the document.
Returns string | HTMLElement | HTMLElement[] | null
